Joel & Sandy graciouosly hosted Cousins Night at their home on Saturday night. We had a lot of fun talking, eating, playing games, and talking some more. Joel grilled some delicious pork chops, Sandy made some stunning mashed potatos, Sara served up a refreshing salad, Stacy made her delectable carmel cream apple dip, and Wendy provided wonderful cheese cakes for dessert. After dinner, the boys went outside for some intense Shanghai action while we listened to the Twins game. The ladies stayed inside and talked up a storm. Before long it was dark and time to go inside. Unfortunately, Stacy and I had to leave just as dessert was being served. Wendy sent a slice of cheese cake with us though. :) So, as far as the rest of the evening progressed, that's going to have to be filled in by someone else. Thanks to Joel & Sandy for having all of us over...we had a great time. We look forward to the next Cousins Night.
