Apple Orchard

We went to an apple orchard on Saturday. It was a lot of fun. The weather was perfect. Cool, and Fall like. Erica and Eva Barnes came with us. Philip was unable to come. Just thought you would enjoy some of the pictures.

Looks like fun! Stacy and I can't wait to take Edie for her 1st trip to the apple orchard. Nothing like some fresh, hand-picked apples, apple cider, and, of course, carmeled apples. Mmmm, mmmm, good!

Looks like fun, guys! ALMOST as much fun as the maze!;-)

(By the way--- the maze opens this weekend. If anybody wants to go, let Bert know, he can usually get a few in for free. The regular price is $10 a person---yikes!!!It is open Saturdays and Sundays through October. And MEA days, too.)

Now I want to go to an apple orchard! (do they even have apple orchards in MO? I haven't seen any...)

Fall is much better in MN in my humble opinion! : )

Nice pics, by the way!

This is for Uncle Daniel -
Bonjour! Je suis en le cours de francais maintenant. Il est tres difficile mais amusant. Le professeur est sympa et les etudiants sont interessants. J'aime beaucoup le francais! : )

(how do you type in accent marks?)

I'm pretty sure you have to change the language settings on your computer. I believe that's found in your Control Panel, if you're using a PC, not a Mac.

Bookworm, send me an e-mail and I'll send an invite to the blog so you can post. We like to see you commenting, but posting would be nice as well.

Hey, you guys didn't even give us an ounce of grief for not having a FULL tree?! Man, we've been taking a beating at the Bixby blog about it! Oh well.

Glad to hear from Bookworm, which I'm guessing is little miss Sara Lou, as U. Kenny says. :-) How's it going?!

Funny you should say that, because I was thinking the tree looked a little bare! :) Just two more, that isn't so bad....

SKYMAMA....HMMMM.....I'd say you're more MAMA than SKY....good choice! How is the FLIGHTDECK in MTKA these days?!

Sarah,
Ton oncle, Daniel.

oh auntie b....

how true it is...this mama can barely remeber the days when it was all sky--and no "mama".

and in the flight deck, well lets just say that captain turner is hoping that the occasional turbulence won't keep me grounded for too much longer!

I have an apology to make. I have just discovered my horrible mis-spelling of "captain"....please forgive......
