We like to go to Lake Riley in EP. It's only 5 min. from our house, it's usually not too busy, and there is a lot of shade trees if we feel like we're getting too much sun! We go 3 or 4 times a week...The older kids love it, and Shirley Kate loves it TOO MUCH! She runs right into the water 'til it's over her head (or she falls over)! We grab her, she comes up sputtering and LAUGHING! It's bad when they have no fear! So...my days at the beach are pretty much spent saving her life! ;-)
A mom's work is never done, right? :-)
We try to get to our apartment's pool as often as we can. Edith has done really well at getting comfortable in the water. We always have fun.
